DANGERS CONSTIPATION

Not defecate every day?
Do not consider frivolous,you may be suffering constipation.the symptoms is usually perceived indurate feces,difficult time defecate and stomach does not feel comfortable.

And do not forget to still exercise regularly,drink water and white at least 2 liters per day.
