In research,the fact researchers found that elderly patients who often consume aspirin appeared to have minor bleeding(micro bleeding) when scanned using magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).
Compared with patients who do not rely on anti-thrombosis drugs,those who consume aspirin or other drugs anticoagulant such as calcium carbasalate tend to be more easily experienced bleeding in the brain micro.Micro bleeding sometimes is a sign of weakening blood vessel walls.
This study shows that the relationship between medicine and micro-bleeding has been known,when the amount of consumption of aspirin in high doses.
Drugs such as this are often consumed by their elderly to prevent heart attack.
The researchers said these findings raise many more questions;whether patients with micro-bleeding in the brain that desperate consume will experience a more severe bleeding.
The ratio of benefits to certain drugs may be different when compared between those who have affected heart attack and stroke with the risk of heart attack infected or at risk of stroke and bleeding lain.This condition ultimately will also affect the treatment continued.
Research is also published in the journal American Medical Association is done by the doctor's Eramus MC University Medical Center,Rotterdam,the Netherlands,involving 1062 patients average age 70 years.
