Vetiver/Chrysopogon zizanioides



Vetiver is a kind of grass that originated in India and used as perfume and medicine.
Vetiver is a single-leaved plant and can grow up to 1 meter.
This plant has a soft stem,jointed,white,roots including root fibers and yellow.
Vetiver is traditionally used to treat bad breath and external medicine for rheumatism.
Vetiver can be used for mouthwash to cure bad breath.
To make vetiver as a mouthwash prepare the materials below.
Ingredients:
• Vetiver: 15 grams
• Betel Leaves: 2 sheets
• Centella asiatica: a handheld
• Cardamom: 6 eggs
• Water: 110 ml
How to make:
Destroy vetiver,betel leaf,centella asiatica and cardamom until smooth,then boil with 110 ml of water until boiling.
How to use:
Use herbs to rinse 2 times a day.
