Tamarind



Tamarind or Tamarindus indica is a fruit that has a sour taste.
This fruit is commonly used as a spice in cooking.
This plant comes from the east African savanna continent and can grow up to 30 meters high,these plants include fruiting plants pods.
Tamarind trees can be grown successfully at an altitude of about 1,000 m above sea level in a region long dry season.
Tamarind including tropical plants and grows wild in the forest and savanna.
In addition to use as a seasoning,many parts of the tamarind tree are used as an ingredient of traditional medicine.
Young leaves that are appended with turmeric and other ingredients used to launch and increase breast milk.
The young leaves can also be boiled to treat cough and fever.
To treat wounds,ulcers,boils and rashes can use the bark.
These plants can also be used to treat asthma,heat pain,rheumatic,abdominal pain,allergy,eczema,venomous snakebites and hair loss.
To treat asthma can make use of ingredients below.
Ingredients:
Tamarind bark: 15 grams
Fennel: 5 grams
How to make:
Boil all the above ingredients with 1 quart of water until boiling and then strain.
How to use:
Drink herb 2 times a day until healed.
