Treating anemia with eggs



Anemia is a reduced amount of hemoglobin in red blood cells,which causes the blood can not transport oxygen in the body as needed.
Hemoglobin is the oxygen-carrying protein found in red blood cells whose function is to carry oxygen from the lungs to all parts of the body.
Some of anemia symptoms are the body feels weak,tired,lethargic and often sleepy.
One cause of anemia is iron deficiency.
Iron deficiency can be caused because the body can not properly absorb iron which is caused by inflammation.
The perfect food source to meet the iron needs and to treat inflammation is a chicken egg.
The content of iron in eggs is not much like red meat but on the condition of patients with anemia who have inflammatory eggs will be a good choice because it contains vitamin A which can relieve inflammation.
Vitamin A is found in egg yolks.
Recommended in order to not eat eggs too much, just one item a day because egg yolks also contain cholesterol which is not good if it is too much.
In the consumption of eggs should be cooked first to kill any bacteria that may be contained in the egg.
