What is obesity and what factors lead to obesity?
Obesity is excess body weight that occurs as a result of excessive accumulation of body fat.
Humans need body fat to store energy,producing essential fatty acids,as a lubricant in the joints and other functions.
To know a person is obese or not by comparing between body fat by weight,the normal ratio between body fat and weight is approximately 25-30% in women and 18-23% in men.Women with more body fat than 30% and men with more than 25% are considered obese.

Factor in obesity:
1. Genetic factor.
Obesity tends to run,so it is thought to have genetic causes.
2. Lifestyle or diet factor.
What to eat and how many times a person eats and how their activities.
3. Psychic factor.
What is on in one's mind can affect eating habits.Many people react to her emotions with food.
4. Health factor.
Some illnesses can cause obesity,including:
- Hypothyroidism
- Cushing's syndrome
- Prader-willi Syndrome
- Several neurological disorders.
5. Drugs factor.
Certain medications such as steroids and some anti-depressants can cause weight gain.
6. Physical activity factor.
Less of physical activity causes people are obese.

Early tips to treat obese is to change the pattern of physical activity and through healthy eating habits.And also with a diet and taking herbal ingredients,to make the herbal ingredients you can prepare the ingredients below:
Ingredients:
1. Lime: 1 piece
2.Tea: 3 tablespoons
3.Hot water: 1 cup
How to make:
Put 3 tablespoons of tea to 1 cup hot water and then add the lemon juice that has been squeezed,then stir until blended.
How to use:
Drink the herb 2 times a day in the morning and afternoon,and change the pattern of physical activity and your eating habits.
