Adding Your Appetite(first recipe)



Decreased appetite usually experienced by a person as a result of dietary changes.
Decreased appetite can also be caused by diseases such as hepatitis,fever,throat infections,etc.,as well as taking certain drugs or hormonal changes due to the menstrual cycle.
Decreased appetite can be overcome with herbal medicine, prepare the materials below!
Ingredients:
1. Papaya leaves: a handheld
2. Cooking water: 1 cup
3. Pure honey: 1 tablespoon
How to make:
Wash leaves thoroughly and then destroy papaya until it becomes smooth.
After that,pour 1 cup cooking water into it and then squeeze and strain the water.
Put these ingredients into a glass and add 1 tablespoon of honey and stir until blended.
How to use:
Drink herb 2 times a day in the morning and evening as much as ½ cup.
