Treating hypertension(second recipe)



This article was written to continue the previous article that wrote about how to treat hypertension by using the first recipe.
This article is about how to treat hypertension using the second recipe.
Changing lifestyle is very important in preventing high blood pressure,for example is smoking.

Some risk factors for hypertension:
1. Risk factors that can be controlled are obesity,lack of exercise,smoking,eating too much salt,drinking alcohol,diet,drinking coffee,birth control pills,emotional stress and so on.
2. Risk factors that can not be controlled are age,gender and genetic.

Some herbs that can be used to treat hypertension are:
• Mulberry
• Leaves of green grass jelly
• Celery(not over 1-10 grams per day because it can cause a drastic decrease in blood pressure)
• Rosela
• Kidney tea plants/java tea
• Lemongrass beverage.

This time for the recipe using garlic to treat hypertension,prepare the ingredients below:
Ingredients:
1. Garlic: 3 cloves
2.Cooking water: 1/2 cup
How to make:
Pound 3 cloves garlic until smooth,then add ½ cup of cooking water and filter the herb.
How to use:
Drink herb once daily in the morning after breakfast for a week.
