The correct way of brushing teeth

At this age children are taught to brush their own teethusing a special toothpaste for children.
We brush our teeth every daybut did not realize when the way we clean the teeth is quite correct.
How is the correct way to clean teeth?
Firstchoose a good toothbrush that its size matches the size of your mouthstraight-stemmedsmall brush head, feathers smooth but sharp-tipped brush to effectively clean dirt, replace toothbrushes every 3-4 months or when the feathers are not straight and widened.
Second,use toothpaste that contains fluoride.
Third, brush your teeth properly that is to rotate the direction of each gear with light pressure to remove plaque around the tooth surface.
After a brush, tooth is clean from plaque.

But within two hours of plaque will appear again but it does not matter, because the plaque that serves to protect the teeth.
Plaque also serves as a lubricant.

Plaque scattered throughout the oral cavity, soft surface(tongue and inner cheek) and on hard surfaces such as teeth.
If there is no plaque, oral cavity will dry,PH becomes acidic and eventually become inflamed gums.
Plaques will be a problem when mixed with sugar and carbohydrates so that food scraps are left will make the pH becomes too acidic and over time will perforate the teeth.
And in children, the habit of brushing the teeth need to be introduced since the early.
As for brushing teeth in infants use a wet gauze or a towel.
At the age of 2.5 years is usually the child already has 20 teeth so that children can brush my teeth with a toothbrush.
